Customer service was very good. Nick told me what to do and entered it. It was a problem to see why hot water did not reach the tap and shower. A file and valve for all of us have been replaced in steam products
The simple repair was fine. But after two weeks, we are still in a chapter to change the water heater. We decided not to use this company for this purpose. The replacement of the water heater and discussion of the water heater without a tank has been estimated. When the service man came to see the water heater, some minor problems were solved.
