About Only If
We are a design exercise based in New York City for Architectural and Urban Engineering established in 2013 and directed by Adam Frampton, AIA and Karolina Sezekake. Our projects are a series of different types and standards, of commercial interiors, from one family home in Brooklyn, 84 units in Brooklyn for residential projects at reasonable prices for urban planning, research and great speculation.
Our projects are represented in the New Yorker newspaper, architecturally, interior design, frame, visits and architects. In 2018, our company was included in the A50 Architect newspaper, "which works within the fifty architects and designers that are the most influential today." Only if the new Annie New York 2018 is recognized, which is the new power generation from PIN-UP (2017) and the emerging internal practice of news 2016 World as the winner of the year.
We work with private customers, small and non -profit companies and developers to distribute innovative designs and expansion. We provide full architectural and internal design services through management and successful implementation of aspirations, timetables and budgets for our customers. By accepting any project, our company wants to focus on basic questions and skills. The ambition of this process is often the creation of clarity and simplicity of leakage in complex conditions and obstacles. Instead of implementing governance in addition to the complexity, we believe that the role of the designer is to imagine simple gestures and shapes that apply to the structure, consistency and identity. We believe in the ability of simple shapes and engineering, such as circles and squares, and the formation and formation of essentials and basic complications.

This contractor has been used twice in the past two years with great satisfaction, and things were as expected: a quick and professional reaction with the quality service provided at a very reasonable cost. You will definitely use your services again! The contractor called by confirming the moment of arrival and arrived on time. He began reviewing the work list and setting the priorities of the arrangement of things. He evaluated the problem of dishwasher and solved it in a few minutes. He began completing the remaining tasks, all in less than an hour. We found Jason on the Angie menu. He did a good job that we single with the Public Services Company, given the situations. We bought the house and the oil system was in ruin. There was no gas at home and we had to draw a major gas at home. The time from start to end was about 3 months, and most of this time was dedicated to work with the public services company to obtain the service, then received a boiler and then reached the inspectors. We are happy with the new system and you are also happy that we do not have to do it again. Fix leakage between the meter and the house
