I asked him why he just called to make an appointment instead of coming, and he said they would say. The woman replied, "Robin always calls." I asked him why he did not say that he should wait for the call instead of someone and why he not only came. "Robin always calls." While he was in another room and did not hear the call, they never came. I received a call that they could come later, but I must wait for another call. After three days when I had to contact them, they never arrived. They, like most people in the region, say they come but they never do so.
