Keep all types of maintenance in our house.
I called Monday morning. I had a drain that we tried to build a snake alone without any success. When I spoke to Mike, he told me that I felt that I could go to work on Wednesday afternoon. They were a few days away, but I said he would be fine. When I tried to put it in an appreciation moment, he said that when he could do this, he will get it. On Wednesday afternoon, I did not hear that until 3:00 pm, so I called to check the situation. He was rude and angry and told me that he would get it when he had time to get it, but it wouldnt happen that day. Call at 5:00 to know that it will be "some time on Friday" at home. I was out of the city on Friday, so I fix until a family member stayed at home when Mike called. Well, wait, wait and wait. He did not call him, never appeared. I was sure that I wouldnt hear it until 4:00 pm on Friday. Until Tuesday, next week, I havent heard anything from Mike. Your customer service is something worse for me. He was rude at the humiliating point and says he would work, but he did not escape his promises. Do not call this plumbing! I left and called ONeill in the plumbing that was at home within a few hours. They were social, professional and restricted. It turns out that my plumbing problems are more extreme than I expected. The work will end within a few days. Mikes rudeness gave him a plumbing function of $ 1500. The drainage was called to complete the cleaning and avoid support for drainage at home. It never appeared!
