Johnstone Plumbing installed a pill for me in June 2011. During the heavy rains in September 2011, the previous feather pump lost. However, it was not mentioned that the pump failed because the float was lazy (I discovered that after several hours of water). In addition, I got to know that this pump was not properly installed and could be caused by error.
