3 hours ago I have been without hot water for a week! The elite guarantee company handed over and left on the same day. He called the office and told me that the plumber will reach a soft white truck because his work is "in the store." Once he arrived, it took less than 5 minutes to tell the plumber that I need a new water heater and because it was a weekend for 3 days, I will not get it until Tuesday (9/7). He also stated that he would have to pay an additional $ 680 at the top of the money that the warranty company was already paying for update and modifications.
