Scott is a true noble man who has done an excellent job for us in the past. He is very suspicious, arrives at the time and complements his work effectively with less interruption. On this particular occasion, Scott rose further when Cohler was unable to distribute the basic parts for two weeks, then when the two sides arrived, it was wrong parts.
