The time was taken to diagnose and explain the radical cause of the error, and it recommended the minimum procedure instead of urging the wider and expensive options. He listened to my fears and presented a useful vision. He acted in an organized and effective manner, and called twice after working to study the effectiveness of reform and make sure I was satisfied with the result.
