Found out in the morning that our water heater in our condo was not working. There was water in the floor overflow pan and since water heater had been installed in 2009, thought that replacement was going to be the only option. Checked Angies list and called a highly rated local company and got a voice mail recording. We left a message. When no reply after an hour called again and got same recording. Checked with a neighbor on who they have used in past since we have only lived in the condo for 2 years. They recommended . I rechecked Angies list and found out they were a also a highly rated local company. I called around 11:30AM and Sandy immediately answered and I explained my situation to her and she said someone would call before they came out to look at the problem. Paul called about an hour later and I explained the problem. I asked questions about what water heaters they carried and he answered everything I wanted to know. Went with a Bradford White since that what the current unit was. They, Paul and Jake, arrived around 1:00 PM with the new water heater. They were very courteous, friendly and professional, and answered any questions that I had while they were installing the new unit. By 2:00 PM, just over an hour, they departed having completed the job and cleaned the area, probably better than it was when they arrived. Also when I asked if I needed to pay at the moment, they said no that an invoice would be sent to us. Definitely the best experience we have ever had in any type of home repair and we have owned many houses over the years and have dealt with many contractors. They will be our first and only call the next time we need any plumbing work done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We needed a water heater replaced, found out it was not working the morning before Thanksgiving day

Rich was great. I invite your work Thursday morning. He returned home after an hour to give me appreciation. The water heater is installed on the afternoon of that day. In general, the experience was good. The plumber arrived late (he was killed 20 minutes but reached about 40), but he was professional and enjoyable.
