The frost hose (external touch) failed in about 18 months - two years from the date of installation. Read more ▾ We created it in front of the house and succeeded it in April 2010. After the spring of April 2012, the front touch leaked, and contacted the BF Plumbing to solve the problem. I discovered that I missed the guarantee in a few days. We agreed to cover the cost of the work to replace the front tap, and cover the alternative tap (which I suggested that they would not only reach its cost). BF Plumbing told me that they no longer use this type of tap because they have many problems with them. He changed the front touch on that day. The rear touch (the same tap model and the date of installation) was not treated. Well, I went out to discover 11-22-14, the rear touch also failed. If they face problems with them, they must also change it. Now I work properly to contact other plumbing to leave, using a touch, I hope to fail two years or later. not satisfied. This experience was an expensive test. We will not leave them near our house again. By the way, even the front tap (technically repaired) is the noise (another plumber told us, that it was here to prepare the kitchen again, which was missing from the tap. I needed it in the truck.)
