Went with a Bradford White since that what the current unit was. They, Paul and Jake, arrived around 1:00 PM with the new water heater. They were very courteous, friendly and professional, and answered any questions that I had while they were installing the new unit. By 2:00 PM, just over an hour, they departed having completed the job and cleaned the area, probably better than it was when they arrived.
